Quint 62, a 1997 Sutphen stationed at Station 2, is a versatile and powerful apparatus that serves as both an engine and a ladder truck. Equipped with a 75+’ ladder with a bucket, a Detroit Series 60 Diesel Engine, a 400-gallon water tank, and a Hale QSMG 1500 GPM pump, Quint 62 is designed to handle a wide range of fire and rescue operations. This unit provides our firefighters with the capability to perform aerial rescues, fire suppression, and other critical tasks, making it an indispensable part of our emergency response fleet.
